Production Supervisor

Location: Newark, NJ

About the Role:

Lead ChemRich USA’s small-scale manufacturing operations. This role will oversee a small team, manage daily production schedules, ensure safety compliance, and support scaling of new product batches.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily blending and packaging activities

• Maintain production logs and ensure GMP compliance

• Train and guide production operators

• Collaborate with sourcing and QC teams

Requirements:

• 3+ years manufacturing experience, 1+ years in leadership role

• Experience with small-batch chemical or cosmetic blending preferred

• Familiarity with GMP, OSHA, and quality standards

• Strong leadership and multitasking ability
