Head of Regulatory Affairs & Compliance

About the Role:

We’re hiring a senior-level regulatory expert to oversee ChemRich’s compliance with US and international chemical regulations including GHS, TSCA, REACH, and import/export classifications.

Responsibilities:

• Review SDS, COA, and product labels for compliance

• Advise on EPA, FDA, and DOT regulatory frameworks

• Oversee DG shipping requirements and documentation audits

• Support regulatory due diligence for new product launches

Qualifications:

• 5–10 years in regulatory affairs for chemical or life science companies

• Expertise in U.S. and international labeling and shipping requirements

• Chemistry or Environmental Science background preferred

• Familiarity with software tools for document management
