About the Role:

We are seeking a tech-savvy leader to develop Chemrich and Chemenova's integrated AI-powered sourcing and formulation systems. You’ll bridge data, chemical intelligence, and decision dashboards.

Responsibilities:

• Build AI models to match buyers with suppliers and optimize formulations

• Work with datasets of SDS, COA, pricing, specs, and global regulations

• Collaborate with product, sourcing, and marketing teams

• Lead internal/external dev teams and AI vendors

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, data science, or software engineering

• Has deployed real-world LLM or vector-based retrieval systems

• Strong chemistry data literacy or interest in chemoinformatics

• Clear communicator with ability to turn business goals into AI architecture

• Excited to build from scratch, own outcomes, and innovate in a niche B2B industry
