About the Role:

We are seeking a hands-on, process-driven leader to scale ChemRich USA’s lean manufacturing, warehouse, compliance, and logistics systems. This role is key to operationalizing ChemRich’s product innovation and global trade infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee production, packaging, warehousing, and QA/QC functions

• Build and implement SOPs for lean, scalable operations

• Lead ERP and inventory management setup

• Ensure OSHA, DOT, and EPA compliance across facilities

Qualifications:

• 10+ years in chemical operations or industrial manufacturing

• Strong knowledge of U.S. chemical handling regulations

• Experience setting up new manufacturing facilities a plus

• Six Sigma, Lean, or PMP certification desirable
